These worked well. I purchased the ones with the flat hooks. They worked well with large d-rings. If your d-rings are small, you may want to go with the hook and chain ends. The ratchet handles were long enough to provide good leverage.

I bought this for tying down our H10 Defender. Well 48" tires are bigger than these straps could handle. I used them on my razor with 40" tires. Worked great on it!
