When the ones I have wear out, I'm buying another pair. **Q: Do these have shoelaces?** A: No they're elastic bands that stretch but you can't tie them. **Q: What does the SR in the description stand for?** A: I don't know the problems the other people are having, they must be working in REALLY dirty kitchens. I wear them every day in my restaurant and have never slipped. I have slid a little bit when there was ice on our sub-zero freezer floor, but that was all. I would say that if you're in a clean kitchen there's no problems at all. The SR stands for slip resistant and they work fine for me. We have fryers and the dish area, so there are slick potential areas, I haven't slipped on pepperoni or sausage either. They're very comfortable and I spend 10 to 15 hours a day in my business without foot pain. I highly recommend them! **Q: Are the insoles removeable** A: I have had mine for a full 7 months now. I average 30 hrs a week and need to replace because I have worn out the right big toe area. I use memory foam insoles AND arch support partials AND heel cushions as well as compression socks. Extremely satisfied if I do all that. You do need to size up and possibly go for wide if you do that though. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoes just go up a 1/2 or whole size! *by on Reviewed in the United States October 14, 2026* These are nice comfy shoes but I unfortunately had to return mine cuz they were too small but I do like them so I'm gonna reorder them a size up. So just know if ur buying these for work u might wanna go up a 1/2 a size or a whole size so ur feet have room specially cuz I work in the kitchen 40+ hours a week so I like to have room in my shoes. But great shoes just a heads up size up unless u like snugg fitting shoes. But trust me if ur using them for work u won't want them snugg like that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoes for work *by on Reviewed in the United States September 8, 2026* I ordered these several months ago for work after being frustrated because I was wearing out my other sneakers so fast.I work food service and spend most of my time working in the kitchen, so I’m always on my feet and my shoes get a lot of wear and tear.I ordered these 5 months ago and have been using them 40 hours a week ever since. They have held up great, and aside from needing to be cleaned are almost as good as new. They are very comfortable as well. It did take my feet a couple days to adjust to them, but since that I haven’t had any problem with them, and my feet haven’t bothered me at all. They have decent arch support, but not amazing, so if that is important to you, you may want to consider other options. They run true to size. The only downside is that they are very ugly, but for work it’s honestly not a big deal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Skechers work slip resistant *by on Reviewed in the United States September 9, 2026* Excellent for working on your feetI bought these exclusively for work since I spend many hours on my feet and walking constantly, and they have been wonderful. They are extremely comfortable thanks to the Memory Foam insole and are very lightweight. The slip-on design is super convenient, and the slip-resistant sole makes me feel very safe. I 100% recommend them for long work shifts. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/60604695-skechers-womens-squad-slip-on](https://www.desertcart.it/products/60604695-skechers-womens-squad-slip-on) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
