Works great even though it took five days for me to get it I love it. The cord is very long, but it works great.

I bought the Stick Up Battery Cam and set it up pointing through a window. The live feed worked fine, but motion detection didn’t pick up anything outside. When facing inside, it worked perfectly, but through glass, it detected nothing.....until I purchased this wired kit. At first, I thought the camera was defective and almost bought another one. After researching and troubleshooting, I realized the issue was the setup mode. If you configure the camera as Battery, it runs in low-power mode and won’t detect motion through glass. Once I purchased this wired kit, reconfigured it as Plugged In (wired), motion detection worked through the window immediately. Your camera is not broken, it is just setup wrong. *Important note: you’ll need the wired kit if it didn’t come with your Stick Up Cam. Once plugged in, it works great and the cord length is long enough that it didn’t deter me from placing the cam exactly where I wanted in the window. Problem solved!!!!!

This does work but returned because of an error. You have to switch your Ring Device to Battery not direct wire or vice versa

Doesn’t work, trash cable. The ring camera is on but always in low power mode, I tried a lot of things, reset the cam, reboot the device but nothing happened, and with low battery mode the motion mode is no working so, no a good product for me.

I purchased this adapter to charge my RING battery outdoor camera after discovering that our cold weather was quickly draining the power and even with a 4W solar charger, it hit 0% within about a month. It was obvious that a battery-only camera was not going to work, so this adapter was selected. There are no instructions but it is obvious that it plugs into a standard AC outlet (fortunately, there is one about 2 meters from the camera) and into the camera. After doing this, the RING app detected AC power and prompted me to change the settings to power and rebooted the camera to my home network. Very, very easy. I now wish I had not wasted the money on the RING solar panel.

Bought 2 of these... They DO NOT WORK with Stickup Cam (Gen 3) even though they say they will. The camera will give you an error message stating there is no power connected. Hook it up and the camera says it's not connected to power. I verified the power source and all connections... Camera isn't getting correct power/voltage. I then tried them with a Ring Outdoor Cam Plus and these power supplies will work on that model. I can only conclude that the power being supplied from this unit is insufficient to properly power the Stickup Cameras. Don't waste your money on these... They are junk.
