Is there such a thing a a seat belt atachment for the hover cart seat ?

There’s no slots or anything to be able to attach a seat belt. Tbh I don’t think it really needs one. Hope that’s helped ( I bought one for my son, 10yrs old)

Is this suited for pressure pad type boards?

If I think what you mean there is some stick on pads with it and straps and as long as you adjust the width so that it sits on the pressure pads and Velcro tight it works perfect

What age is this suitable for - it looks small?

To be honest any age it’s adjustable frame as long as you feel safe for them to use it and wear your safety gear,adults can use it because it’s adjustable my son bought it for his granddaughter and my son is 35 and 14 stone and he uses it
