No more nesting
Birds nesting on roof eaves and corbels. Used double sided tape to hold into place. Problem solved. No more nesting! Lightweight and easily assembled. Able to bend and break apart in different needed lengths. Solid and great product.

Effective against pigeons but they found another landing spot
It was kind of tedious to install all the spikes and in the end my fingers had some kind of blue grease on it. This was for a small area in the middle of our house that we share with our neighbors. It's an open space so birds can fly down to this area. The length of these were too long so I had to cut them in to quarters. Used Gorilla double tape that's for all weather and taped these down outside the ledge of my windows. This prevented the pigeons from standing in those specific spots but unfortunately, we have other areas that they found a landing spot before. Have to figure out how to scare them away next.

Bird free
We have been bird free in our eaves for several years. Prior to installing these the birds would roost in the eaves and cause a lot of damage and trash. Since installing these, we have have had no birds in the eaves.

No more bird poop droppings on my ground mounted solar panels!
I couldn't figure what to put on the top of my ground mounted solar panels to get the robins from leaving their poop droppings on my solar panels. This did the trick!!!! i zip-tied long garden rods to the top edge of panels and then zip-tied the spikes to the rods. i couldn't and didn't want to glue or nail these spikes to the top edge of solar panel frames. Instead, i use the holes in the spike sections for zip ties to the rod. it works great. Robins are no longer able to land on panels and I no longer have to clean off the bird's poop droppings on the panels. SO happy!!!

Attracted more than deterred
Birds sit right on top of these and made nests within spikes

Assembly required!
The photo shows ready to use product lined up in a box. Imagine my surprise when I ordered not one but two boxes to get 32 feet and realized I needed to put the wire in every single one. I am sure they will work excellent but sure wish I had known I was in for an evening of arts and crafts time.

Birds Beware!
I've been Plagued with a Persistent Patio Pigeon Poop Problem for years at the Richmond, CA apartment where I'm living. I love birds, but NOT when their highly unhygienic and unsightly droppings cover a sizable percentage of my little 2nd-floor patio. And their infernal, incessant COOING has long since ceased to be at all pleasant to my ears -- in fact, since they're making their bothersome lovey-dovey sounds just a couple of FEET from my bed (they're on one side of the bedroom wall, I'm on the other), they often keep me awake in the morning and thwart my best efforts to fall back asleep. So I figured I'd try these pigeon spikes (neighbors with the same problem seem to have had some success with spikes) and bought myself a boxful. Then, guess what! The pigeons took off! Before I even installed my new spikes! I don't know if they flew "north for the summer", or east, or south or west, all I know is that they've been gone for weeks now, and I love it! But I'm not gonna return my new spikes. I'm going to keep them "at the ready" in case those winged rats return!

Works great for small animals.
We had an issue with chipmunks digging in our large outdoor flower pots. I strategically placed these spikes in the dirt and the chipmunks stopped their abusive behavior. It takes a bit of bending to properly align the strips/spikes in a round flower pot. You get quite a few spikes and strips so these would work great in a long line around roofs or gutters or something similar. Putting these together is not complicated and once you figure out the proper way to install the spikes in the strips it goes quickly.
