Review: The styling looks terrific but machines have changed in 20 years so read the instruction manual. - My house was built in 1951 and I still have the original metal cabinets. After some rebuilding of the kitchen, it now looks like Route66 Diner and I needed a new microwave when the 20 year old one began wearing down. I bought another Emerson, of course, and WOW, this one is styled perfectly to match my red countertops, white cabinets, black & white checkerboard floor and metal sign decorum. Pay close attention to the instruction manual because the controls have changed in 20 years and this machine does not heat up as fast as the larger previous model. So, you add another minute of cooking time and marvel at how well it fits in with the stainless steel refrigerator to make a time capsule version of a classic 1950's/'60's environ.
