Pumps broken
The product itself is great as we have used it before. Unfortunately, both bottles we received have arrived with damaged pumps so that we can’t actually get the product out of the bottles. Amazon/seller are very unhelpful and say that the items cannot be returned or replaced, despite being faulty. Buy elsewhere!!

Pump doesn't work
Having only just opened this (a couple of months after receiving it) it doesn't work-we've tried pressing the pump for a long time but nothing comes out. So we have a brand new full bottle and can't get anything out!

This is a good product that I have used many times....sadly it arrived without a lid..or stopper , obviously cannot return it ..hmmm

Expired very Sion
I have purchased two bottoles of the cream in Sep 2018. But when I receive them, they both expired on Jan 2019! It's very short period till expired!

Lovely cream, terrible bottle
The cream is brilliant and really good at calming my son’s eczema. Lovely and smooth and thick but not greasy. However, as soon as I opened it the spring popped right out of the top of the bottle, and could not be fixed, so the pump could not be used at all. I had to resort to prising the whole top off of the bottle, and SMSing/dumping it out on my hand from the tiny hole in the top. I don’t think I will get even half of the cream out doing it this way though!
