Great bit for thicker metal
I bought this to open up a hole in thick stainless steel. The bit has deep steps and it worked out great for me.

Used to make a burn barrel from an old marine engine oil drum. Punched holes effortlessly. Well worth the price. Super sharp high quality bit. Put about 50 holes in the drum very easily.

Easy to operate, drills perfect holes on heavy duty steel plate. For half inch plates, start on one side, finish on the opposite side.
