The investment was well worth it. Sound quality is great a nice bass hit, and the mids and high ranges come through crisp and clear! The noise cancelation although not active nc, do a great job, and for me cancel out at least 95% of external noise. They are comfortable on my head and fit perfectly around my ears. All in all a marvelous headphones. I cannot wait to get a headphone amplifier for them next.
