Review: This is the best balanced instant masala. It is not cinnamon forward, it balances many central spices like a real India Masala. It is balanced between the black tea, spices, milk and sugar as it is perfectly sweetened. Other brands are too sweet, too milky or all you can taste is cinnamon which hides the taste of the diversity of spices. This one is hands down the best instant one. I wish it came in a larger set!

**Q: How sweet is it per serving:  comparable to a teaspoon of sugar per cup?**
A: It has 105 cal so I think that’s 1tsp. To me it’s not that sweet

**Q: what makes it 3in1?**
A: Great question - this contains tea, milk, and sugar

**Q: Huge fan but January 2021 batch smells a bit like cheese. Is this normal?**
A: I’m not sure but I must say that I didn’t like the last pack I purchased as much as the previous one. I just didn’t think about it too much.

**Q: showing that it expire on 09/2019....it is fresh?**
A: When I purchased, it was fresh and very tasty and the expiration date on the box was 02/2020, and that was purchased in summer 2019.

This is the best balanced instant masala. It is not cinnamon forward, it balances many central spices like a real India Masala. It is balanced between the black tea, spices, milk and sugar as it is perfectly sweetened. Other brands are too sweet, too milky or all you can taste is cinnamon which hides the taste of the diversity of spices. This one is hands down the best instant one. I wish it came in a larger set!
