iCool Prestige Isothermal Medication Bag (24 Hours Between 2 and 8 Degrees)

I have an ordered a few different bags for my bone medicine. This one is by far the best, even travelling to Thai land it is cold when I arrive. Highly recommend.

Truly fantastic item. Extremely good quality, not at all cheap material. Beautiful lining and fantastic for those who have medication, syringes that need to be kept cold, can be kept cold up to 36 hours. Great for those long distance travellers. Highly recommend

This cool bag worked perfectly to keep my injections at the right temperature during my journey to Italy. It even worked perfectly in Italy at 40 degrees. I did buy a thermometer separately to check the temperature though.

I bought this to go on holiday with my insulin and it is perfect for me for the flight and the holiday

exactly what was required

Been looking for a case that I can take on a 20 hour door to door trip to the USA. I use Orencia/Abatacept AutoInjector pens and they are larger in diameter than most other biologics. I can easily fit 4 in this case - inside the elastic loops too. It is quite a compact overall size and everything seems to be high quality.

The product icool bag with the gel-packs is AWFUL for patients with polyarthritis and their medication. Had four injections for rheumatoid arthritis,which have to be kept at2-8 degreesC.The product guarantees up to 20 hours 2-8 degrees C. After an hour at the airport I had to keep the injectors in ice, which I found in cafés or the planes themselves. At least for three hours, my medication(2000 euros) was above 8 C: it has been damaged. Do not buy.

Très très bon produit. Il a bien respecté mes exigences. C'est un très bon produit et qui garde bien le frais.

Fonctionne très bien. J’ai fait Montréal jusqu’en République Dominicaine, plus 2h et tout est resté froid. La pochette est de grande qualité . Ne prend pas trop de place dans le sac à dos .

I have two of these bags. They are excellent for carrying vials of injectables and a few pens that need constant refrigeration. They kept my medications cool for a 20 hour journey - in the air and on land. I gave the bag four stars instead of five because the capacity of the bag is limited and more suitable for vials, not injectable pens. Also, the bag is awkward with the ice packs that came with the bag. It is hard to close with medications and ice packs inside.
