Farberware Bakeware Nonstick Steel Roaster with Flat Rack, 11-Inch x 15-Inch, Gray

Fantastic roaster at a great price! I use this mostly at holidays but it does a great job and is easy to clean. It looks good too!

I am in love with this Faberware Nonstick Steel Roaster. I have an air fryer in my oven and have used that to cook many dinners since my purchase. There is no flaking at all on the pan. I do hand wash that, but at times I put the rack in the dishwasher. It also roasts boastfully in the regular oven settings. Great purchase and great price!

Recently purchased this tray for my ham that I bought for Easter dinner this weekend. It was very affordable and did its job! It was able to cook my 10lb spiral ham. The tray feels very durable and was fairly easy to clean. I plan to use this again when I need to bake hams or turkeys for the holidays. I may even find other recipes that would work best with this type of baking tray. The draining rack fits perfectly and easy to take on and off. I like the handles on the side of the tray, help carrying food that is heavy and placing in and out of the oven. I highly recommend this product for most of your kitchen needs for baking!

Great product! My only complaint is that the rack is not elevated very much but still, it held up to a 25lb turkey! I’ve used it a few times so far and it is easy to clean as well. Would recommend.

Excellent broiler pan to use in the oven, very sturdy and well made.

This is a very sturdy pan--heavy steel that stays perfectly flat (no warpring) with what appears to be a high-quality non-stick coating. We really needed a "good sized" pan when roasting not just your average chicken, but also the occasional larger roast or turkey. This is plenty big without being huge. The interior rack is very nice and sturdy, but we are careful not to move it around once inside the pan, because it has plain metal "feet" and might scratch the coating over time. As others have said, the handles are bit small for handling with oven mitts, etc., to for us they're more for show than for use. The lip on the pan is plenty big and sturdy enough to use for carrying the pan, anyway. Recommended!

This was the perfect size pan for our 15 1/2 pound turkey. We followed all the instructions and we could not have been happier as the bird sat exactly on rack in the pan, not too high or low, and cooked very well. There was plenty of room to use stock in the area below the rack and extract fluid using a baster. We were easily able to put it in and out of the oven, the turkey cooked perfectly, and the pan best of all was a delight to clean -nothing stuck, and there were no issues at all removing the liquid drippings and without any scratches or rough areas. We will be using this in the future and for the first use of this pan I have to say it’s just so much worth it for the price. I want to add last year we were given a turkey by my husband‘s company and we didn’t have a roasting pan so we used foil one that we already had and it was rather deep which resulted in turkey undercooked from the deep side of the pan and overcooked on the part that was out of the pan lol. What a difference this purchase has made!

Stainless steel model is built well. Heavy gauge steel very nice. Others have mentioned that the coating chips off,must be the coated version,this cannot happen with this one.

Perfect for my needs and the right size for the oven

Very nice pan, I cooked a 21 pound turkey in it and it was perfect. It’s a bit shallow but I made my gravy in it and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this pan to any home cook. Also, it was very easy to clean.
