Why the manufacturer - Patanjali doesn't answer the questions?

They don’t know the answer. No systematic studies ever taken in my opinion

Does it permantly improve vision? Also does it help with myopia?

What it does, is it naturally stimulates your tear glands and muscles around your eye. It uses onion juice and other juices which sting. If you hate sting and want to use artificial tears for your eyes all your life rather than making your own tear glands work up, this may not be for you.

Does it help with cataract ?

I dont think things like these help with cataract. Cataract is a problem with lens below the surface of the eye. These are eye drops which simulate and make your tear glands to work their best. It can help strengthen eye muscles so it make help better your vision a bit but cataract is a different problem, which this will not solve.
