No it's just the refills, you need to have already purchased the plug.

What colour is the nightlight on the Vapour Plug, and can it be turned off?

The Calpol Vapour Plug now has a soft orange nightlight, which is activated at night when your lights go out to help you navigate the room. You cannot turn off the nightlight.

Can the Vapour Plug be used around animals?

The Calpol Vapour Plug and Nightlight is indicated for use in children over 3 months old. Use of the product on animals has not been tested, so we would not advise animals being in the same room when the product is switched on.
