Great fireplace!
This has been a great fireplace for our Lake cabin. We looked at several, read reviews, and then took a chance. We installed it ourselves and from what I heard it was not difficult or time consuming. We did have an issue with the logs, but I don't know if it was our fault or if they weren't shipped. I called customer service and told them they were not in the box and I don't believe we threw them out but perhaps we did. Regardless, they sent me another set and no charge and we had them in about 2 days. This fireplace works fantastic. It heats up the room and it looks beautiful as well. The room we have it in is roughly 800 square feet and you can feel it in every corner. I'm just so happy with everything about it. The great customer service was a bonus!

Great fireplace but more importantly great company to deal with. EXCELLENT customer service.

Extremely Frustrating! Returned!
Looked really nice, but flame and pilot light kept going out. After a couple of weeks, it got to where it wouldn't stay on AT ALL. Manufacturer customer support said it was the propane pressure settings. Certified gas tech said it was the fireplace. Also, there are NO adjustments. Even though knob shows 1-5, manufacturer customer service said that was a "design flaw." I had to get Amazon's customer service to help me get it returned to manufacturer. Very thankful for that process. This thing was such a headache.

Nice heat, fairly quiet
We bought this to take the chill off in a room that tends to be colder than other parts of the house, and for some back up heat if the electric is out. Works perfectly

Perfect heating
I love this heater. I built a great room in my basement. 15’ x 35’. This heat’s room quickly and the quality is great. I live in the northeast and it is cold for about six months. I use it every day.

Poor quality
We ordered 2 of these, neither worked. I’m only giving 2 stars because we were able to reach customer service both times and they were helpful at getting us refunds.

What did I miss?
The Good: Very handsome fireplace, that looks great in our home. The Bad: Nothing The Ugly: Despite a high efficiency rating, using propane is a bank account drain. Sucks fuel like there is no tomorrow. We only use it for a bit of ambiance now and then as a result.
