Display is clear and when I'm used to my Bonavita to-the-degree temperature control and hold function, this kettle reheats the water when temperature drops around 5 degrees. In real life this is great, maybe not as precise, but such precision is not a MUST for coffee at least. Also saves lots of energy. So I'm pretty much loving it. Feels light but solid, sleek, well built but certainly not built like a tank.
