Why did these sprout in my pickle brine ? Ruined 6 jars of pickles using these (yes i make pickles all the time)

Make sure your vinegar is at least 5% acid strength if you are using it for pickling. Some companies and some countries do not require the vinegar to be 5%, and pickle recipes will not be acidic enough to be safe.
