We like to get creative so when we got a hold of this tapioca magic, we experimented with making dark chocolate dirt, powdered olive oil, and also put some in home brew. Everything came out fantastically. I am super happy with the quality. For me this product performs better than any more expensive brands. Will purchase again and highly recommend.

I purchased this product based on it's claims that it "Dispersed Easily in Cold or Hot Liquid". That was not my initial experience. I added water to the maltodextrin and it clumped just like corn based maltodextrin. I rated it at 2 stars. Then I saw a comment somewhere about adding maltodextrin to water not the reverse. I then tried the reverse adding maltodextrin to the water and it dissolved almost instantly with a little stirring. I deducted one star because there is nothing on the package to suggest the proper order of mixing.

This is a good value.

I needed this in order to turn oil into something dry for use in recipes. Worked great!!
