Review: At first I tried a different brand and had okay results. The nerve pain stopped but did nothing for sleep or the burning in the bottom of my feet. When it was time for another bottle I was still going to buy it for the nerve pain but it was no longer on the market. I saw this one and it had the same amount of the ingredients that stopped the nerve pain so I bought it. I am getting ready to order another bottle of this and a bigger one. Not only did this continue to stop the nerve pain but it is helping with about 60% of the burning in my feet. Though it is not helping me to get to sleep I seem to feel more comfortable and stay asleep longer when I do sleep. I hope one day they make a stronger version of this to finish helping with the burning and more help with the sleep. Is 60mg of Melatonin even safe?** A: My wife took one pill, supposedly 15 mg of Melatonin. Two hours later she was still wide awake. We used to take 5 mg and go right to sleep. I’m guessing it’s more like .15 mg. Maybe 15 mcg. I’m going to try it this weekend and see if it works at all. **Q: Why does the package show a purple and white capsule. My bottle the capsules are solid purple. I don't feel any melatonin affect.** A: The night-time version of NeuropAWAY contains the B12 supplement which gives a person energy. I stopped taking the PM version of this supplement because I had problems sleeping. I like the regular supplement NOT the pm version. **Q: Why B12 Methycobalamine form doesn't figure as an explicit form in the label?** A: I don't know why B-12 specifically but almost all of the pills recommended for Neuropathy pain contain B-1, B-2, B-6 and B-12.
