Tonus Elast Suspensory Scrotal Support (XX-Large)

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

I gave this product 4 stars because there's not much material to it, so it does seem excessively priced. Wearing it under my underwear, I can now sit and walk around without experiencing pain. The belts only worked until my hernia moved down and turned into a scrotal hernia. I read the Sizes in the description, went with the Softball size and it seems to be accurate. I recommend this to any man with a scrotal hernia.

It does the job I'm happy with the product

I bought this for my husband after he had surgery on a varicose vein in his testicle. The doctor recommended that he keep the scrotum elevated and this did just that. My husband only wore it for a few hours as he is a big and tall guy and the sizing is hard with him because he is tall but also wide but also big.

This is absolutely outstanding and extremely comfortable. I just had an inguinal hernia repair 2 days ago and they gave me a jockstrap to wear for 2 weeks at all times except for the obvious ones (shower, going to bathroom). The jockstrap was so uncomfortable, chaffing me between the legs and also squeezing my abdomen across part of the area which was just operated on. It was very painful to wear. I found this alternative last night, just got it and its PERFECT. Nothing between the legs and cradles the testes perfectly. The goal of the jockstrap was to keep the testes lifted during healing. This things does exactly that but better. It even has a port on the top to allow you to pee without taking it off. Very nice job whoever designed it. I barely know I'm wearing it. Thank you so much, now I can make it through the next 3 weeks in comfort.
