This looks well made. I haven't gotten the chance to use this yet but according to other reviews, it works well.

Works well. Stays in place while sewing. It does scratch the machine if slid around

I gave it a five because it is well-made. It is magnetic, it is nice and heavy , but it does not work correctly with my brother sewing machine. Will not lineup properly. I guess the magnet on my machine is located different.

Magnetic Seam Guide wirks well to set your seam width easily for an accurate seam width.

This foot is well-built but quite clunky and hard to maneuver once attached (both a pro and a con). It’s not compatible with thin fabrics or even sewing two medium-sized layers together, even when the screw is fully up. I use it selectively because it can get in the way while sewing. I usually end up just taking it off and using my hands as a guide. If you think you need this, you probably don't!

This thing works just like it supposed to. The magnet is very strong. It doesn’t push off when I push against it gently and the little clip really helps keep the fabric aligned when you’re going through. I don’t even have to use pins. I can just line it up and then I adjust the fabric every a few inches or so as needed. I really love it. I don’t know how durable it is but it seems very solid to me. I don’t sew often enough to push it to its limits.
