Can I add other ingredients to the nutramilk to make the milk (such as dates, salt, vanilla, etc)?

You certainly can! Each machine arrives with a beautifully bound recipe book with 200 recipes for inspiration and it's easy to tweak and experiment using a whole range of ingredients to make your own perfect milks, butters, smoothies, dips, bowls and more

One reason for soaking nuts 1st is to lower phytates for better nutrition - so with NutraMilk, this is not recommended?

There's lots of debate re; soaking v not soaking and the benefits or otherwise. Only dry nuts will butter effectively with NutraMilk. That said, nuts can be soaked, then dehydrated if desired.

Doest it work in Spain with the Spanish plug and with 220volts?

The power supply is similar but not the same. Spain has a two pronged plugs but U.K. Is three, so an addror would have to be purchased is my understanding. U.K. Power is 240v and Spain's 220v so this machine would run slower than intended by the manufacturer intended. Hope this is helpful.

Would this machine work to make soya milk too?

NutraMilk is not designed to produce soy milk. Soy milk production requires heat and NutraMilk does not heat the ingredients
