**Q: Printer cover - Is there a cover available for for this model? We have regular issues with grease in a high volume kitchen.**
A: we use this in our very busy kitchen.  Works great, never had an issue with grease,  Just clean it as needed;  it's a workhorse

**Q: What type serial plug? Db25 or db9?**
A: They come with a standard DB25 poet, but you can purchase adapters to go to Db9 or even rj45 which is what we use.

**Q: What type of paper does this use?**
A: Regular paper. The non-thermal type.
