Is this a non-adhesive, dry vinyl PVC tape?

It has tack to it but doesn't leave sticky residue like electrical tape.

Is this the cloth infused pvc tape?

This tape is designed for wiring harness cable wrapping, but because of the higher adhesiveness and no adhesion melting out (no residue) under 125C (257F) x 240 hours, there would be no problem for using for fabric material. However, due to the various surface and cloth material, it needs pre-test before using.

Is it a non-stick adhesive tape?

Tape has a slight tack for wrapping automotive wire harness without leaving adhesive residue like electrical tape. Otherwise, for high temperature applications Teflon or Kapton tape uses high temperature adhesives I use on aerospace wire harness applications.

Is this the same tape I find on the exterior of the vehicle covering the wire looms? Or, is this only for interior use?

I suggest to use this for interior but is good for exterior as well. You can find more resistant items for exterior anyway.

Very good tape!!

Good high quality tape for wrapping harnesses or wires for my car. There was no sticky residue so it’s easy to wrap and unwrap without it getting messy. Would definitely order again if needed.
