Retractable Cigarette Lighter Leash Bic Holder Set of 3

I bought this to stop my lighters from walking off. Even when it's not clipped to your belt, it feels different enough in your hand that people don't unconsciously drop it into their pocket like they may do with a naked lighter. If you're losing lighters to intentional theft, it may make the problem worse by making your lighter more attractive. In that case, just keep it clipped to your belt. Or get some better friends? I've used the same one for a Clipper lighter and then a Bic, which I thought might be a problem because the Clipper is a bit meatier. The Bic fits in it just like it did before, no issues.Recommended to anybody that wants to holistically address the issue of lighter loss.

I have one of these clipped inside a tiny pocket on my every day bag. Along with a bic, it also has a mini-prybar/bottle opener, and a flashlight. Nothing says utility belt like having retractable tools at the ready at any given moment.I'll probably be setting up similar little 'utility belt' setups as gifts for the holidays. For the price, this is an awesome little gadget, and your lighters will never run away with sticky-fingered smokers again.

These do not have the keyrings! Only pocket clips. The ones with keyrings AND pocket clips are superior!**UPDATE**You can just slide it on your keyring! I gave my friend one and he had it on and I realized I was a clutz. Sorry!

I find so many clever, useful things (that I never knew existed) on Amazon. This is one of them, and what a fantastic idea. I attached the holder to my purse, and now I never lose my lighter! In fact, I'm currently trying to adapt one of them for my keys... These lighter leashes are actually made very well, they neither look nor perform cheaply. I haven't had mine long, so I cannot speak to how long they truly last, but so far all signs point to a long and satisfactory relationship! Recommended.

Best purchase i have made for my peace of mind lately for sure. If you lose your lighter (or have it thieved) as often as i USED to you NEED one of these no joke! One for your key ring, another for the friend who always "borrows" you lighter and another latched to a spot you use in emergencies.... or to the den table where you use it most often :) Can't beat the price for the quantity you get and the quality. I have let go of that leash at full length MANY times and it doesn't snag, tangle, snap or break. I hope the inventor is a millionaire because that's one guy or girl who deserves it THANK YOU!!!!

I truly enjoy these old style Lighter Leashes. They used to be available at Gas Stations and a few stores and then Noone had them. I plan to give some away as Gifts. And of cute love the price.

Lighter thieves BEWARE! These are great and a super value.. I kept one, gave one to my fiance and one to a cousin and we have all been loving having a lighter on us that doesn't disappear when the first person drops by!
