This rating is not about the product but about AmazonSG's incompetent customer service. One star is the most I could give and if zero star would have been made available for rating, AmazonSG's after sales customer service and their unreliable technical system that might have caused significant price difference for the same product from the same seller within 2 weeks time frame even deserves zero or even subzero rating. What made this worse is their customer service staffs who only know how to resonate what has been taught to them with the addition of their lies based on their unreliable records in their system where the information stored in it is absolute incorrect compared to the actual amount of money paid. Ignoring the cents, price difference between 76 bucks and 55 bucks is obviously 38.18% and customer service staffs only said that the prices are constantly change over times but none of them are capable to answer why the change is 38.18% only for this product. All of them could only say about return and refund process and yet, they are incapable of answering the question about penalty, finance charge, admin fee by the credit card issuing bank due to cancellation / refund of the payment. And none of customer service staffs is willing to efficiently escalate this deadlock situation to their next level. Some of them even said that there is no next level to attend to this. So, where in their organization true customer service lies!!! Is reading out your SOP to customer your kind of customer service?
