With the help of dermzinc spray (also recommended) and tanning salons I was able to get rid of it on my legs and feet but my elbows have stubbornly been difficult to clear up so I just lived with them. Recently I discovered a small patch on my knee which freaked me out because I thought I would go back to having a leg outbreak. I decided to try something new and purchased this. Within a week of use about 2x a day my elbows are completely clear! I'm so grateful for this and mad I didn't try it sooner! my experience with psoriasis is different things work for different people but this is definitely worth a try - especially for stubborn areas you've never been able to clear up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So great and feels good no pain *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2018* My psoriasis has been horrible this year usually it's just a couple places and not to bad ... maybe a week out of 2 monthes will get bad.
