Review: Extremely upset!!! Poor quality no assistance provided!! - Update 10/20/2024: recently had an issue with a purchase from Wallbeyond, but the way it was handled exceeded my expectations. Eric from their team promptly addressed my concern, issuing a full refund within 48 hours, as promised. He assured me that even though they don’t control product tax refunds, they will continue to follow up on it. To my relief, I wasn’t required to return anything, which made the process much smoother. The communication was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. I also appreciated the transparency with the attached screenshot confirming the refund. Overall, I am very satisfied with the resolution and would confidently recommend Wallbeyond for their excellent customer service. ——————————- Original Review I bought these mirrors in August - initially I was pleased at the aesthetic and function - immediately one mirror out the box malfunctioned and did not work! desertcart provided an exchange which I was pleased - now after only 2 month or less the back lights on both mirrors are discolored!!
