These taste nice and I remember to take them because of that. It took over a month to notice a difference, but now I do. They are vegan so fewer nasties. I am menopausal and believe that creatine is a good supplement for me at this time.

As others have stated, I also got headaches when taking despite having no problem with other creatine products, I had to visit the doctor. God knows whats in them that casuses headaches, its scary. The pain went away after I stopped taking these. I also doubt they have the stated amount of creatine in them.

It tastes great and is easy to take on the go. This is my third order. I was looking for something like this that is manufactured in the UK, to be on the safe side. I normally take this before going to the gym just to give me the boost I need before a workout. I just wish it came with a container to fit 2 gummies on the go, as they tend to go soft and stick together if they're not kept in the fridge.

Not noticing much of an effect, tastes nice, but I don't really notice anything different, so I can't really recommend them, I will post an update if I notice anything after they are all done.
