Siemens doesn’t mean quality any more
Very poor quality not matching the brand name. It is broken down only after 3 months, we called the service company, they are asking AED 750 for repair and extra 100 for service. Very crazy. My old Siemens is still working after 15 years, new one is losing name and trust

Need a clarification from the seller.
I am just wandering that we bought this as brand new however there are water droplets in the drum and when we open the drainage from the front of the washing machine water came out. I hope it is not a return from other buyer and no issues
