This has become necessary for me to avoid leg cramps at night. It also helps me relax and get to sleep quicker and sleep deeper. This helps my energy level during the day and I am ready to greet each morning with clarity.

I take this product at night and I absolutely love it! I feel chill throughout my day.

I am reviewing a supplement from Nuqiit - a triple formula combining Gaba, L-Theanine and 5-htp (90 capsules). Although the product description on Amazon does not emphasize this, these three ingredients work well together as a very gentle relaxation and sleep aid. I have taken these supplement ingredients separately for many years to combat insomnia and I really like the concept of combining these three into one capsule. In this formula a two capsule dosage will provide you with a generous amount of Gaba (750mg): I've found gaba is useful to "quiet the mind" a bit before bedtime which is an important condition to obtain in order to relax enough to fall asleep. The other two are quite popular supplements as well to help initiate your body for rest. I've found this supplement from Nuquitt to be very helpful for me and that it is well tolerated with no unpleasant side effects. However, if you currently take any prescription medications I suggest you visit with your physician to be sure there won't be an interaction. This is a generous 45 day supply (assuming you take two per day or evening). And they are manufactured in the USA which is a definite plus! Recommended!

I have been taking these capsules for about a week now and let me tell you...they work for me. The GABA obviously is to help the GABAergic part of my brain and the 5-HTP for the serotonin part. This combination combined with L-Theanine have really put me in a relaxed frame of mind after a long day at work. I've been taking these for a few nights (about 2 hours before bed) and feel so relaxed! The L-Theanine is a wonderful addition. I suggest taking these at night, as I've taken these during the day a couple times and it has made me a little groggy. When I take them at night, I wake up refreshed and in a positive mood.

If you care about the quality of ingredients in your supplements rest assured as this is 3rd party test and clean ingredients as well. The 3 main ingredients work well together to wind you down for a restful night's sleep. While often time you have to take these ingredient seperately, I appreciate being able to get the all in 1, leaving me a few bucks in my pocket.

I find these particular three ingredients to be very effective and was excited to find them combined. Nice dose on the GABA in particular. What I like about this combination is that effects are noticeable, and that it provides focus without making me sleepy. I will be reordering, two thumbs up.

And some have extra pieces of unknown material. Maybe a leaf or some but it is definitely a contaminant. So that's unfortunate. Formulated in the USA but not made in the USA. Not sure where it's made.

The dose is 2 pills. I took one before bed last night and this is the best (mentally and emotionally) I’ve felt in the morning in AGES. Not sure if this is going to be an every night thing for me or just once in a while, but highly recommended for high stress burn out with disrupted sleep.

Great product. After having 2 tablets at once, I feel relaxed, but after 6 hours of having it, I will have strong desire to sleep, so be careful, make sure after having it, you will have a strong desire to sleep after 6 to 7 hours.

Regularly use and find this to be a good product.

To be honest I don't know if it did anything for me. I haven't finished the whole container yet. I don't want to penalise this product because it might just be me but.. that's the challenge with supplements.

It work excellent for depression.
