With Amazon Prime, it's Amazing how they get this heavy ball to you as fast and easy as they do (Prime only available on some weight options). My trainer has a lot of experience with different types of gym equipment and he said when it comes to weight balls, this is your best bang for the buck. I am not a gym rat or anything, just an average guy trying to get into shape and the weight of this ball seems perfect for cardio and cross training.
