in MK8 causes clog (once every two prints)., but work OK in CR-10 (E3D extruder)
PS: I wrote initially a very negative review because this filament was the only one that specifically had frequent clog problem (it was a terrible experience: I had to dismantle and clean the nozzle of my geeetech mk8 estruder once every two prints, and I insisted about 10 times, I sweitched filament and no problems, back to this one and clog again so I wrote the initial review), I will not insert it anymore in such printer, but after try it recently with the Creality CR-10 (which push the filament before melting it in a slightly better way than the MK8 extruder) the clog was not an issue anymore, with the same black spool. However keep it 205 degrees, don't go above 210, in my experience it look prone to solidify permanently inside the nozzle lightly above 210 degrees. I rise to 4 stars, but mind the warningWhat I said before to try it in the CR-10 was:----------------2 starsIt's the first time I encounter a filament that is problematic on my geeetech MK8 extruder.Product description points a extruding temperature in the range 200 - 220, but only at 210 degree Celsius (+- some(<5) degrees of slope) it occurred two times to see boiling bubbles coming out from the nozzle, then it clog the nozzle about once every two prints. However variables are many in 3D printing (including the Teflon inside the nozzle darkened in one side... because of this filament, then it started to get obstructed always where it became dark (I'll repalce the Teflon), also the need to clean the nozzle and dismount it many times might have introduced new previously unknown variables because of distance of hearing zones changed a little etc..).Being my first very bad experience (clogged nozzle) with filament, I insisted for weeks to print with this filament to see where I could have improved the process, but it was quite regularly disappointing, so I'm 80-90% convinced that the spool I received is bad filament (could be size accuracy, impurities, age (it's harder and more fragile than other filaments)), BUT seeing other reviews, I will give another last try after the consolidated relief that is coming from other filaments that are producing again good prints. So since I returned to other filament the rate of failure appeared have returned to zero, but actually exhausted to dismount and clean the nozzle, I didn't limit to change the filament, I also changed the nozzle head and twisted upside down the Teflon (this might have helped the other brand filaments to work again perfectly, that's why I will give another last try with this BQ after a consolidate perfection of others filaments and will update the review).

Looks and feels premium but not very good
I always wanted to try BQ filament because it's cheap and it felt like good value. Spool is nicely winded and looks premium. Unfortunately this is where PROs end. Quality is not that good - it clogged my .4 nozzle many times on a print with moderate retractions. I never had such problem before and it is strange because I like to print my PLA hot. When there were no / little retractions it printed fine but adhesion was not that great. I regret buying 3 spools. I almost forgot, spool is asymmetric and it cannot be used with TUSH or any other bearing based filament holder - why on earth would you design it like that?Update: I revising my review to 4 stars(+2), cloging was caused by heatbreak cooling issue and it also works on TUSH bearing holder- just not very stable. This filament is good value.

Fantastic Value!
I run a 3D Printing Service and have used tonnes of filaments, whilst I am now switching to mostly recycled filaments where possible I have used so much of this product in the past that I thought I should put in a review. I'll start by saying I really don't see how it has had any low reviews at such a cheap price point, normally I'd say you get what you pay for but in this case the actual filament is as good as much more expensive suppliers, there are just a few issues with the spool itself that could be easily improved.PROS> Consistent diameter> Fantastic print quality> Cheapest around, even compared to bulk buyingCONS> The sides of the spools are uneven, whilst this doesn't bother me it means it would not work with ground based bearing spool holders> Small centre, this means the filament is wound very tight in the middle and prone to snapping in the last 100g, it also means it won't fit on some fatter spool holders. You can alleviate the snapping issue by using some bowden tubing to feed from the spool to the extruder mechanism.> Generally colour consistency is great between spools, however I have noticed some difference between white spools.

Good but had major flaws
I purchased several rolls of this filament as my usual brand was either out of stock or 3 times the price due to corona virus. For the price I didn't hold out much hope of this filament being anything but garbage. However this filament is simply amazing. Print quality, adhesion and value are far better than some filaments costing 3-4 times the price. This will no be my default filament howeverBad points: the filament is extremely tightly wound on the rolls, the rolls them selves being about 30% smaller than standard 1kg rolls. It is also not wound accurately. I've had several prints some in to 15+hours fail as the filament has been wound in factory twisted. This simply isn't good enough.
