watch Westside vs. the World as well
I have had the luxury of meeting a couple of Westside Barbell lifters, and have been very inspired with their sense of granimalistic, no-fail attitude. I have tried to instill that same mentality in my lifting as well. as an above knee amputee, I've had to train even harder than that of my competition. I've done a lot of research on different training methods, since I train myself, and do my own programming, and have found your methods the best. At the 198 pound weight class, I went from a 353 raw (no gear) bench to a 485 raw (no gear) bench, with the hopes of that 501.5 raw (no gear) bench at 198 pounds. Thanks again!!!

A lot of insightful information
Very complicated. Sentence construction leaves a lot to be desired. Certain routines that have multiple steps are not followed through or completed. Have to pick and choose what might work best for you.
