Received only 6 lip balms in my 8 pack. For as expensive as Eos products are, I'd like to receive my full order for the money I paid.

Eu sou uma grandessíssima fã dos lip balms EOS, mas na minha última compra vieram com bastante defeitos. De 8 lip balms, 5 vieram derretidos e espalhadas pela embalagem. Me decepcionei e estou repensando se vale a pena comprar outros por aqui. Talvez tenha sido um azar, compra defeituosa e etc, mas avisos não são demais e precaução também não, principalmente em uma compra de valor alto com frete maior ainda.
