All 4 pins of the screw broke while taking out the buckle, had to eventually go to the local watch repair shop to get the links removed. It’s better to pay your local watch dealer instead of using this useless tool. Extremely disappointed.

This product is very good and very usefull product. With this product we are getting extra tools which is suitable for all type of watch to remove the links.

Removed links from a Casio watch-band effortlessly using this tool. A store named "Just In Time" was asking Rs 150/- just to do the same. Paid 279/- for this link remover tool on Amazon. The price could have been little less but it's a pretty useful tool considering future usages as well.

Tried to use it the nib of the tool bent and broke. Worthless product. Don't waste your money on this item. Instead feed the poor.
