beaucoup utilisent ces bouchons pour des usages inadaptés il me semble, ce n'est pas fait pour dormir ou s'isoler, ce sont des bouchons, surtout le filtre -20dB, fait pour l'écoute musical à un fort volume, type concert (électro, métal), ils abaissent de manière relativement homogène l'ensemble des fréquences mais pour autant, hors concert vous entendrez quand même des sons à faible volume si vous testez chez vous. Bref ils sont parfait pour les concerts que je fais, l'unique limite est en cas de volume de salle raisonnable (écoute "tolérable" sans bouchons), là ils coupent trop de l'effet du live, il vaut mieux avoir une 2eme paire qui filtre moins -12/-16db. Malheureusement les -15 de chez Dynamic ne sont pas aussi "neutre" que les -20, mais bon, il n'y a pas l'air d'y avoir mieux pour autant. Je vous invite à regarder les mesures sur hearadvisor, unique site testant les qualités acoustique des bouchons d'oreilles
