Great toaster! Love the design. Takes a piece of frozen bread to perfect toast via the defrost button. Love the cancel option and the ability to lift the toast and retrieve it.

This is the best toaster I have ever purchased. I have always owned the basic two slice one setting toaster and never really gave it much thought. Then my husband decided he wanted to update our appliances and talked me into this toaster. I will admit, I was apprehensive. Let’s be honest, it’s a toaster, it just toasts. I was wondering why we would ever spend more than ten dollars on something that just toasts but I relented and the toaster was purchased. It arrived in great packaging and undamaged. I took it out of the box and was instantly in love. The toaster looks so adorably retro and the symmetry of the handles and levers on both sides of the dual toaster is very nice. It is a very sleek stainless steel with black accents. The toaster not only has different number settings for the level of browning you want but it also has four settings; bagel, defrost, reheat, and cancel. Since buying this toaster, I have started purchasing dessert breads (in an amount that I’m too embarrased to mention) and freezing the excess when they are discounted. Whenever I feel the desire to have a sweet treat, I grab the bread out of the freezer and use the reheat setting. I swear to you, it tastes just as good from frozen as it does fresh. Another feature I love about this toaster is that it has separate crumb trays for each side of the toaster. I don’t know why I like that, but the thought that the company went that extra little step is just a nice touch. Overall, though I initially resisted, I absolutely love this toaster. I would recommend it to anyone and would buy it again. Just a great product for a great price.

We have offered my parents in law this toaster because we have used the same for 10 years everyday and it still works perfectly. Made of stainless steel, it is aesthetic and functional. Once can grill 1 tartine for 4 or 2 for 2 people at the same time. Toasting acuracy is exact, thanks to 2 knobs settings (heat level). One has the possibility to opt between reheating and toasting, but also between toast and bagel. Another option exists if one wants to unfreeze a slice of bread. I love the taste of my morning toast. It looks great on the counter and does not take too much space.

Great toaster. Only one downside. The darkness knobs are so free that they often change settings by any slight touch.

I have owned this toaster for one month. One side now only works intermittently. It will partially toast the bread and then just shut off. The button to cancel doesn’t work and you have to manually pop it up. Of course it’s one day past my return window and I disposed of the original box, never imagining I’d need to return it. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer so we’ll see if I get any resolution. UPDATED TO SAY: they’ll warranty the toaster. All you have to do is go back and forth at least a dozen times with them offering worthless solutions and asking you to take steps that make no sense to drag it out and see if you’re persistent enough to fight for it. You know….half of the toaster works fine but one side is intermittent. “Is it plugged in to a working outlet?” “Is the crumb slot clean?” “Is the dial set properly?” I’m 50 years old- I know how a toaster works. FINALLY- “Ok. Well warranty it. Cut off the cord and send us a picture and we’ll send you out a new one.” Ok…..I cut the cord and send the picture so now I can’t use the working side of the toaster either. Their response? “No, not like that. Cut it off closer to the bottom, cut the cord in multiple pieces and send us more pictures.” Wait!! Of the toaster I threw in the garbage?!? Great…I’ll go to the dumpster. Do not buy this thing. I purchased this toaster because a family member had one and I liked it. This one is not nearly as well made as hers and seems very lightweight, especially considering the price. It was made in China and not the quality I’m accustomed to with cuisinart products. I purchased this as an “upgrade” after updating my other appliances. Unfortunately my old toaster that was half the price was much better quality and now I regret donating it! I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

Already have used it multiple times and it has toasted bread, English muffins, and waffles to your perfection. This toaster is solidly built love the stainless steel, classic look, and being that it’s not digital is key, because they tend to fail out after a couple years. Toaster is slightly larger than your typical four slotted toaster. So make sure that you have room for this if you’re stowing it away in a cabinet. The size does matter if you have a small kitchen. Some mainly put it on the countertop where others put it away. Luckily, we have the room, but I had to move and shift some things around the cabinet in order to stow it away properly. Heats up quick, does a phenomenal job. We have a few of the Cuisinart Brands. Some have been wonderful, and some not that great…. As of now, it’s a hit. Paddles are solid, locks down easily when dropping the bread in the slots without shoving it down to make sure your items are toasted evenly. Lots of room for Texas toast and browns easily without having to hit the cycle twice. If you set it properly, it will toast it right one time.,,Not much more else to say. Great value! Good Luck!

Beware of voltage for this item sold on amazon.sg. It is 120V with US plug, and cannot be used with down-converter as wattage is 1800W, and converter would be bigger than item itself.
