It doesn't come with the guts but that is ok since we had them intact. We were able to cut the key just like you cut a house key. After doing that I removed a little chip that that OEM key has and was able to start the car no problem. I put the guts in and it worked. No need to pay hundreds of dollars for a dealer key. Note: There are instructions on what to move from the OEM key to this key. That make it super easy to make the key work. It is really important that the chip is ported over from the old key so the new one can work.
