Review: I bought this chair in the Fall of 2019 (at quite a high price point) and enjoyed it for roughly 5 years. That was until the mechanical components of the chair completely failed, rendering it permanently stuck in a reclined position. I checked their warranty policy and saw the mechanical components were still covered and filed my claim on August 19 of this year. Fast forward to today, 4 months later, and there has yet to be a resolution. They currently have $70 of my money for shipping and have just constantly pushed the goal posts out for when they're shipping it. They've quoted 3 different dates to me now and I have lost all confidence I'm actually going to receive my warranty claim. I would avoid purchasing this chair if you're reading this. Customer care is practically talking smoke, double speak, and deception. If your chair fails, you'll be left with no recourse as their warranty department gives no guarantees and just tells you something new every time. Review: I always thought Aeron was the pinnacle of comfort. I have to say, this chair is as good as any Aeron I have owned and a fraction of the price. The base and frame peices are solid cast polished metal and HEAVY DUTY. They remind me of chrome you would find on a car or airplane from the 1950's - just smooth and super heavy duty. The seat bottom is so comfy. I weigh 250lbs and have a very boney butt. So sitting in anything too long is pretty horrible. This chair makes me feel like a normally endowed human being. I have no pressure back there and all other supports are fantastic. It flexes with you but provides excellent support. I feel pampered and would buy this chair again and again.
