This is my second I'm ordering plix tabs ! I've been taking these tablets for 1 month ,1 day 1 tablet dissolving in 200 ml of water after 30 mins of light breakfast! I can see the difference like my skin feels healthy, skin shade also lightened 3-4 shades . But I also maintained healthy lifestyle like avoiding fast food , adding fruits and avoiding sugar in my diet with good sleep cycle. I also maintained good skin routine But avoid empty stomach if you have bloating issue or weak digestion The quality is best , value for money , the smell is amazing, taste is nice.
