AWhen you pick up your glass from this coaster, the coaster sticks to the bottom of the glass & you end up with liquid falling onto whatever surface it goes over. I gave it a 4 in the "easy to clean" category since it appears it seems to be easy to clean. It seems to be sturdy enough.
