However, there is a slight delay when using it for real-time applications like gaming, which might be a dealbreaker for some. One thing to note is that the range can be limited by walls or other obstructions. I noticed a slight drop in quality when the devices were in separate rooms, but it wasn't a major issue for my needs. It gets hot, but not hot enough to cause an issue. It connects and gets going pretty easily. I've never had to do more than push the button to get it to connect. Which I rarely had to do anyway. A+ Plug and play.

Received defective transmitter. Tried multiple external power sources, tried power resets. Dim, solid blue light only on the transmitter, which seems to be cheap plastic. Receiver can be casted to from my laptop, but that's it. Nothing special on that end. It casts worse than the Smartboard that I'm trying to work around. Can't contact seller. Returned and refunded.

I stumbled upon this technology by accident and am SO glad I did! I feel like there are wires everywhere in my home office and living room (where the TV, sound bar, Nintendo Switch, Blue Ray Player & Roku are all connected). This wireless HDMI video/audio transmitter was a game changer! Setup was super easy for both my laptop and my digital camera. We just returned from a trip and I wanted to share my photos with my kids. Using the included mini-HDMI adapter, I was able to quickly & wirelessly connect the camera to the TV. We also used the device in our hotel to stream movies from our laptop to the hotel TV - it worked perfectly for both video/audio with no noticeable lag. As others have mentioned, the transmitter and receiver are both super compact, so they are easily stored and take up minimal space in a carryon bag when traveling. Our experience experience so far has been excellent, with no streaming issues at all. The devices feel solid and well worth the price. Will update review in a few months to confirm longterm use and our experience once we connect it to our projector. So far, so good!

This item works good. I do get some disconnects, but that may be the stream.

Worked well for about a year, and then stopped connecting. I was unable to fix the problem. For the first year, I was pretty happy with how the device handled video. There was some startup latency, but it wasn't too bad. Of course my use case was simple, with the transmitter and receiver about 20 feet apart in the same room.

This adapter is not required any complicated configuration. I just plugin it into my desktop and the image should on my monitor. My desktop is 30 feet away from my monitor, and the connection is strong.

It’s a useful tool, help me clean my desktop and good for cable management. I would highly recommend people to use this. I hope it can connect multiple monitors if possible
