good quality charger with a nice long charging cord and the functionality is great and its compatible with alot of different electronics and my mac.

So far so good! After my Chromebook charger died (aka the cat chewed it and then everyone tripped on the cord and the tip broke off), I bought a replacement. The first one I bought was a PWR brand. Came with a cool light and an extra long cord. It was like $20. Only problem, 1) the charging tip seemed shorter than the original, so it was really touchy if you didn’t have it in all of the way, 2) it DIED after 2 weeks. Mad Bro. I was locked out of my Chromebook for 3 days until I ordered this. So far, it has been less expensive, the tip isn’t extremely small, so it actual STAYS PLUGGED IN! :-D So, I don’t use it excessively, so I hope it lasts longer than the last one. My factory cord lasted about 10 months. I would totally purchase a second cord if I traveled with my Chromebook, to have a home and away charger.

The adapter that Acer chose to use for this line of Chromebooks has a VERY delicate tip on it. A very poor choice on their part, the tip that inserts into the computer is no more than 1/8" diameter. It is easily bent and broken, which is why I needed to order this replacement adapter. This unit is working fine as a replacement for the charger I received from Acer. I hope someone from Acer reads this and realizes that they shouldn't use absurdly fragile components, especially for Chromebooks likely to be used by middle-school students who don't heed parents warnings to be careful and not bend their power adapters. < groan > But that's an Acer issue, and this is a review about the replacement. The replacement is dandy and good value for the money.

Perfect replacement for the block to wall portion of the Mac charger! This does NOT have the option to trade for the extension cord, but it’s perfect for what I needed.

I purchased this charger as a home office backup for intermittent use (2-3 times a week). I should have known it wasn't going to be a good product when the USB-C plug was difficult to insert right out of the box. Then after 3 weeks, I noticed it was charging slower. And after 6 weeks stopped charging completely. Apparently too late to return- I should have stuck with the name brand.

Over heats charging a power bank. I thought 100 W chargers would not get real hot while charging power banks .I will update this further.

Works great, until it doesn't. Bought in August, stopped working in December. Reordered, because I needed something quickly and hoped for better luck. Nope. It's March, and the second one stopped working. Went with another brand this time.
