My son wanted a pair of blue light blocking glasses while doing school work from. I thought it was a good idea for me too! Realizing that maybe some of my sleeping issues could be from that. These are my third pair via my third step from the cheap ones to these. I’ve done the blue light tests with these, and I would agree that these glasses block 99%+ of blue light, and it’s obvious when you do the tests. My other beef is that the other glasses were cheaply made and small. These are a nice size on my large head and I like the quality! The frames have springs and can over flex like glasses should. I like the size of the lenses and the field of view is appropriate. The frames fit me nicely. The nose is a one piece design and are as comfy as my big name shades. The lens color does seem to brighten and enhance your surroundings. I have owned similar colored lens previously that I liked and these are as nice to look through. I don’t feel these are super reflective. My cheapest pair reflect your pupils as you look through them and were highly distracting. These are not. Those are my day one, hands on, out of the box notes. I’ll edit to add input on affects associated to sleeping as soon as I can.

I like these very much. They seem to work very well and I did test them on blue light and they work. The amber color is a bit odd for the workplace, but people generally understand the purpose of them. The frame quality is very good. They feel sturdy. The lenses also feel very nice. I will stick with this company, but I would like to get the clear lenses in bigger frame size than regular. If the company did that I would buy them as well. May 24, 2019: Checking back in on the review for these, after having the glasses for a few months. These are great. They reduce my headaches and prevent futures ones, when working on computers all day. These have held up wonderfully with commuting back and forth. Mostly, because the provide a very nice hard case with the glasses. Some people have made jokes about me wearing glasses with bright yellow lenses - but that is a remark on their professionalism. I don't care what people say, as long as I am headache free.

Very comfortable to wear around the house and in bed. You will have some light coming in through the sides but that's the majority of blue light blockers unless you get wrap arounds which the company does not carry for big heads. Speaking of big heads that is the reason i bought these. The spring hinges are a must if you have a big head and they don't press on my temples hard like my other blue blockers that cost well over 100 dollars. I don't have to tell you the brand of those because there is only one company that charges that kind of cash. Light weight with good clarity. They block out just enough blue light to not have to strain to see like some others. If you want maximum protection you will have to look elsewhere.

I've never left a review on Amazon before, at all. I have a large head. Most likely due to my massive brain & super-human intelligence levels. I share this because most glasses are tight on my face, which is not cool. These glasses are great. They're the right size, shape, color, everything. I fell asleep with them on my face twice in the last week. Not just this, but they look cool also. Just when I thought I couldn't get any cooler, I got these bad boys. 10/10 would recommend

I bought these with skepticism and now I'm getting a second, backup pair. I read most nights on a tablet reader before going to bed. Even with appropriate screen settings, this activity seemed to cause sleep problems. I have used these glasses for five nights so far and my sleep problems have vanished! If this changes, I'll repost, but so far I'm convinced these things work.

These came in fantastic packaging, a nice protective case and cleaning cloth. Great quality, substantial feeling frame + lenses, not dinky. The amber tint is perfect, not too light, not too dark. I do a TON of computer work and find my eyes get tired, they have been a life saver, especially when I have a headache or migraine. I even wear them some times, when watching TV at night, it really helps to reduce visual over stimulation. Highly recommend!

These glasses are high quality and well made, and they definitely do what they’re supposed to do when it comes to blocking blue light. That said, they advertise them as XL, but they were still a bit too small for me. The amber/red tint is also pretty strong, which makes it harder to watch TV, play games, or work on documents while wearing them. If you’re mainly using them right before bed to block light, they’ll probably work great. Just be aware the tint is pretty intense.
