Review: Great For Perimenopause!! - I am 45, but have been experiencing Perimenopause symptoms for about 2 years. So I decided to start having my Magnesium levels checked at 3 month intervals, over the last 9 months. Every time it was checked, the numbers kept getting lower and lower.
