Defective product delivered, return and replacement request call disconnected by customer support.
I received a defective product and immediately contacted customer support to request a return or replacement. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, the support representative disconnected the call during the conversation. I have attached photos of the defective product as evidence. This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected better product quality and professional customer service. I hope this issue is resolved promptly with a replacement or refund.

The product which was shipped was faulty at the start but I have replaced the item which never came so I made return of same item so that I can get money in return also so plz can anybody suggest how to get my money back

Just doesn’t work
Hot / cold / normal - once you power all - either all taps give you hot water or cold. Absolute fail

It's a wonderful product that I have received ever from Amazon. It's very useful all through the year.. we can have instant hot water as per requirement and chilling cold water during hot Summer, I liked it most.
