I got the Newa as a gift and I am pleasantly surprised at my results so far. This does not get too warm and if it does, I just make larger circles with it. This particular one came with four tubes of the lift gel for delicate skin. I would say that it is worth the money. I did a lot of research before asking for this.

I've purchased this item during BF sale in 2023. The return date was posted as Feb 1st 2024. Seller had then changed this return date to 1/15 at some point, and I was no longer able to return before the due date. What a scam. Also, most importantly, the device does NOT do anything. None. It only heats the face up but has no sign of tightening as marketed. I've used it for nearly 2 months only on one side of face to verify the results, and there is zero visible sign of any sort of skin improvement.
