I always take it when im back from playing cricket or even i sometimes mix one tablet in 1lt bottle of water & it really gives u energy with 5-6mins , best for sports use i would say & when u feel really tired but dont take more than one tablet in one day

I have been using this for the past few days and the results are really good. The flavour is really nice just like black currant and refreshing to drink chilled. The tablets desolve really well with no residue. It's really value for money and amazing to drink every day after workout.

Overhyped reviews and okayish taste
Not something i would like to drink often as per the taste. Plain water is more thirst quenching than this. Also no any additional energy boost or refresh feeling is seen during intra workout...

Best intra workout drink
I've been looking for a zero-sugar hydration option and this is it. The Ice Current flavor is really refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I drop one in my water bottle before I hit the gym, and it gives me a clean energy boost without the jitters. It also helps me stay hydrated and prevents those mid-workout cramps.
