great if you are dehydrated
These are delicious. We have been drinking and feeling guilty about gatorade for years. The zero-calorie version is just chemicals and artificial sugars. These are actually delicious, and whatever mix they are doing works great. Unlike some stevia sodas that I find too bitter, the small amount of real sugar in these makes them really nice to drink. Considering these are mostly monk fruit, the guilt is gone too. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Good taste, but not a good sports drink.
This tastes good, and the value for the price is there. However it lacks sodium which is the electrolyte you lose the most of when you sweat.

Body Armour drink is the best!
I am hooked on the drink Body Armour! I like the low calorie drinks, and that they have all the good nutrients in a bottle. I tend to be low on potassium and magnesium, and this drink really helps that. The only thing I don't like, is that I can't seem to get the low calorie orange. Try them, I think you will be happy you did!
